Club Frequently Asked Questions
Joining
Club is Supercheap Auto’s membership program which gives members access to these
exclusive benefits:
- Our Club Price Promise - if the product you've purchased goes on special within two weeks, we'll credit the difference direct to your Club account
- Receipt-free warranty – receipts for every purchase made on your Club account are kept for you
- Club Specials – Get access to special pricing on a range of products each month
- Email Updates – Receive email notification of catalogues and upcoming sales as well as exclusive offers, member competitions and new product information
- Club Competitions – Exclusive competitions that are open to Club members only
- Club Events – Exclusive shopping events just for members
If the product purchased by a club member goes on sale within 14 days after the date of the
original purchase, the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price
will be automatically credited to the club member’s account as a Loyalty Credit.
Loyalty Credits will be applied to the club member's account within 24 hours following the sale start
Club Members will receive notification via email after Loyalty Credits have been applied to their club member account. To spend Loyalty Credit, club members must identify themselves as a Club Members at a SCA store before making their next purchase, or be logged into their membership account on the website before completing an online purchase.
Example: On Monday, you head in to your nearest Supercheap Auto store and buy a set of car seat covers for the full price of $50. On Wednesday, the same car seat covers are in the Supercheap Auto catalogue for $35. A credit for $15 is automatically put on your club account. You can then use the $15 credit towards your next purchase, provided it is spent within 28 days after which the credit expires.

Your Club membership does not have an expiry date
You can still join Club in store however you will be unable to
activate your membership online and monitor if any loyalty credits you may
have received. We will be unable to contact you via email to let you know
you have received credits or notify you upcoming promotions or member
specials.

Loyalty Credits
If you sign up in store your $10 sign up credit will be available once you have activated your membership and set up your online account.
If you sign up online your sign up credit will be available as soon as your have completed sign up.
Make sure you swipe your Club card every time you shop in store, or login to your Club
account when shopping online. If you purchase an item and it goes on sale at a better
price within 2 weeks of your purchase you will be credited the difference. You will then
have 28 days to spend your Loyalty credits.
If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email
every time you receive loyalty credits. If you are an existing member and
haven’t provided us with your email address and would like to receive
credit notifications please contact our Customer Interaction Centre on
web chat.
You can view your credit balance and purchase history at any time by
logging into your Club account

You can spend your loyalty credits at your local Supercheap Auto
store or online here
No, your credits are connected to your membership and not your card. Please notify us as
soon as possible so that your lost card can be cancelled. When you receive a new card this
will be linked to your existing membership
Drop into your nearest store, they will be able to issue you a new one
Advise the team member that you are a member. A search will be performed based on your Name
and email address. All purchases will then be applied to your membership.
Cancelling My Membership
If you are not happy with your Club membership please let us know
here. We value your
feedback and would like to try and fix any issues you may be experiencing.
However if you would like to cancel your Club membership and receive a refund on your $5 membership fee you can do this at your local Supercheap Auto store or by contacting our Customer Interaction Centre on web chat.
